Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Arq Behavioral Talent is a specialized recruiting firm connecting talented RBTs with leading ABA providers across New Jersey. We're looking for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to work directly with children and/or adults with autism spectrum disorder, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

What you'll do:

• Implement ABA-based treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Collaborate with BCBAs and the broader care team
• Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families

What you'll need:

• Active RBT certification (BACB)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation (for home-based roles)
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
